Self Defense for Back to School

In the last week, EVKM instructors have been on local news shows twice to speak about back to school safety, specifically self defense on college campuses! 

Statistic show that 1 in 4 females are sexually assaulted during their four years at a college campus, which makes self defense training so vital.

In these interviews, EVKM instructors show some Krav Maga self defense techniques for use against some of the common types of attacks.
