EVKM Instructors Derrek and Sara recently visited Sun City, Arizona for a presentation at the Fairway Library. This is our 3rd visit in 3 years to this library branch and we always enjoy the invitation.
Derrek and Sara demonstrated important self defense scenarios and situations with guidance on how to problem solve using the principles of Krav Maga. Topics included situational awareness, body language, force escalation, and the key components of a personal self defense plan. This key point was that no matter your age, there are steps and strategies that can be used to increase your safety and the safety of those around you.
EVKM is a frequent guest speaker at libraries throughout Maricopa County.
