Remember, you don’t have to deal with your situation alone, there are so many sources of confidential support and advice out there. I really hope that it becomes more acceptable in society to talk about these things and realise that it’s not just you, you aren’t alone. You will feel stronger once you have more support.

Mankind provide an information, support and signposting service to men suffering from domestic abuse from their current or former wife, partner (including same-sex partner) or husband. This can range from physical violence or object throwing to abuse such as constant bullying or insults.
