In this empowerment-based Women’s Self Defense Foundations course, you will learn effective techniques to defend yourself in a variety of scenarios, from simple grabs to more complex attacks. You’ll learn how to recognize potential threats, how to avoid dangerous situations, and how to use your own strength & intuition to stay safe.
If you are a beginner who wants to learn how to keep yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally safe, then this course is for you!
Our experienced instructors will guide you through the training, providing hands-on instruction & real-world scenarios to help you build the confidence and skills you need to feel empowered and secure! You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with other like-minded women in a supportive and encouraging environment!
