In what is becoming a trend for Vice President Kamala Harris, her latest high-profile podcast appearance has double the number of YouTube “dislikes” than “likes” in just under 12 hours.
On Monday, Harris joined NFL Hall of Famer turned wildly popular sports analyst Shannon Sharpe on the “Club Shay Shay” podcast. The podcast has become wildly popular over the past year, thanks in part to Sharpe’s engaging interview with comedy legend Katt Williams, which has gained more than 81 million YouTube views over the last nine months.

The vice president’s appearance on the hit show has not enjoyed anywhere close to the same amount of success, however, as the episode has currently received more “dislikes” than “likes” in just under 24 hours. As of this report, Harris’ interview with Sharpe has received 62,000 dislikes against just 31,000 likes.
The Harris interview is not generating much interest in terms of views either, as it sits around 650,000 views in 11 hours.
For comparison, former President Donald Trump’s long-awaited appearance on the “Joe Rogan Experience” this past Friday racked up more than 20 million views in the first 24 hours. At 36 million views as of Monday, October 28, the Trump interview is already the third most popular Rogan interview in history.
It is well on its way to surpassing Rogan’s chat with NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden, which has been viewed 38 million times on YouTube since October 23, 2019. Only one episode — a discussion with Bob Lazar and Jeremy Corbell — has more views than the Trump and Snowden JRE episodes on YouTube.
As for the “like” count, the Trump-Rogan interview has received 1.8 million thumbs up against just 39,000 dislikes.
The “Club Shay Shay” appearance follows the vice president’s disastrous appearance on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast, a sex podcast hosted by former Barstool Sports personality Alex Cooper.
In a little over three weeks, the interview’s view count sits at just 725,000 views. It has also received an astonishing 91,000 dislikes against just 18,000 likes.
